We confirm the products, total price, city and delivery time with you on WhatsApp.

In-stock products, already available locally, are prepared right away. Made-to-order items are bought in Germany and then shipped: we tell you the lead time in advance.

3. On its way
Your parcel leaves for your address or for the partner agency in your city. We let you know on WhatsApp.

You check your parcel, then pay on delivery.
